"Pros: The 2 bedroom villa was amazing, with views from the balcony being sensational. Your staff are wonderful and did everything they could do to make our stay an enjoyable one. The two buffet nights were very good and the entertainment top notch. Cons: The creation of an itemised bill rather than a daily bill eg drinks for you stay could be shown a 20 beer 10 mojito 12 cokes across your stay. Which is impossible to remember and check your bill. We took a photo of each bill we signed for and it was clear that we had been charged drink that we had not paid for. I would advise all guest to thoroughly check your bill prior payment. Guest towels and beach towels have seen better days and are very thin. There is no turn down service, you turn your own bed down, arrange your own mosquito nets and spay your own room with insect repellent. This was not experience at other hotels in Zanzibar." ~John
