"Pros: Matthew and his family were amazing hosts and went above and beyond to help us and provide delicious vegan food. The room was spacious with a balcony where you could see Kilimanjaro through the trees. Also had a big bathroom. Def recommend Cons: Hard to find location but he may offer a ride from the airport" ~Linda

"Pros: There was no toilet paper, but they got us one roll when we asked. The cleaning was not 100 %, unfortunately, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The stove in the kitchen was not connected to electricity so only two flairs could be used. That was disappointing because we needed the stove to heat leftovers." ~Øystein

"Pros: I found the hostel via the price / map function since it was never actively using booking to get customers. This is really sad, because the house is worth to be found and I hope I can help others to find it. Relevant for me is the location (bus is close, in the green, no noise, here I have an amazing mountain-view), a breakfast that I can discuss how I want to have it and when I have a problem than I know they will help me. Since the building is as good as new (build not yet two years ago) and the wonderful woodwork is above from what I usually get in a hostel, the location is special and the people are friendly and help me with there connections whatever I desire I can live with a perfect rating what I normally never give ..... Cons: For many people something they will miss is WLAN - I did miss it .... Since Smartphone tethering is needed on many places, I can cope - but that is not ideal. I spoke to the owner about this and - as he wants to please his guests - perhaps WLAN will be available here soon." ~Michael
