"Pros: The spontaneous upgrade of our room was very nice. Thank you! Also the staff was friendly and helpful! The room was spacious and we enjoyed the view from our balcony (blooming tree)! The lights of our room were very classy and we appreciated that! The breakfast was special and tasty! Cons: I didn’t enjoy that I have to sign a paper at the check-in that allows the hotel to revocate immediately their accommodation, when guests are too noisy. It felt a bit suspicious and restrictive. But At the end it didn't really affect our stay at sun moon lake, and we still had a pleasant time!" ~Diana

"Pros: Friendly owner. Very spacious room and very clean. I would recommend asking for a room at the back of the building though, since ours was located at the front and we were woken up by the garbage truck every morning. But it was still a great stay! Cons: Breakfast is at another location, a five minute walk away, that only does take out. It’s fine but good to know beforehand." ~Lindy
