"Pros: One of the nicest places we have stayed in Taiwan. Right in the middle of Daxi old street, beautifully refurbished, with incredible care and attention to detail. The landlady was warm, friendly and enthusiastic, and the environment was simply beautiful. We felt very relaxed and at home. Cons: Really, I can't think of anything that could be improved upon." ~William

"Pros: Very comfortable. I had the private room. It could not be any cleaner if I cleaned it my self. Yes the bed is pushed up against the wall, but since everything was so clean and comfortable this did not bother me. There is a washing machine and and clothes spinner for drying PLUS a place to hang laundry to dry on the roof. Really important for long travelers. I probably would have felt ok in the dorm rooms also. Everything is so quiet and I slept so well. Cons: There was no bum gun in the toilet, which is surprising given how well thought out everything else was." ~Joel
