"Pros: Location was great with a wonderful view and very windy. Place was very clean and tidy with good amenities like self service coffee machine and massage chair. like the idea of removing shoe at the entrance, so the whole place feels clean, although at times a bit inconvenient when walking in and out. Cons: Understand from staff that rooms in level 2 in not available for booking. think the view would be better from level 2. At level 1, we cannot open the window blinds beside the hot spring tub and look out as we enjoy the hot spring bath, because people passing by can just look into the bath room if there is anyway to make the window 1 directional...that will be great also, if there is a shower curtain for the hot spring bath area will also be great. so family can use toilet when someone is enjoying the bath." ~Kevin
