"Pros: Winnie, one of the reception team members was most helpful. She always has a smile and made us feel very welcome. Cons: We stayed 3 nights. Body wash was not refilled till the last night. Also we had to request for extra toilet paper as no spare roll was provided during room cleaning even though the current roll is almost used up." ~Cheow
