"Pros: -Spacious room just as picture. Convenient facilities. Credit cards are accepted here. -Rich breakfast that 2 of us could barely finish. Even though it was tasty, Vietnamese like us are not familiar with oily breakfast :) -Despite language barriers, the staffs were friendly and polite. -This is a tourist destination due to the hot spring, with a small local community around. Quiet and peaceful area. Cons: -The staff cannot communicate in English or putting efforts to use translation tool. I understand this is a remote area that's probably more popular for domestic tourists, but it is still a tourist area due to the hot spring, and they received our booking in advance. Some preparations would be appreciated. -There was a construction happening right at our door, so it was very noisy. It stopped around 17.00 hrs and started again around 10.00hrs the next day. -The facility is a bit dated and would need better cleaning in the shower area." ~Soline
