"Pros: Staff was friendly at the Indigo dying space and the restaurant. Beautiful set up space. Red lanterns and a lot of thought was put into designing this space Cons: Less welcoming at the front desk at check in. Would be nice to be acknowledged when we arrived but felt like we were disturbing their computer time. Was a bit run down and our room needed a bit more TLC. The tatami area had sand and there was spider webs in the corners" ~Diana
