"Pros: Great service, the reception staff were very professional and friendly. Liaised directly via Line to arrange for free shuttle pickup. We got two way shuttle pickup from/to airport for our 2 nights stay. Communication were clear and straightforward. The hotel also partnered up with a car rental company, and helped us arrange for our car rental, which can be picked up directly and returned at the hotel, the hotel staff helped with the handover so it was really convenient! Discount is available for hotel guests for car rental as well. Hotel property and hotel room was very clean and nice! Very impressed :) Cons: Location was about 20 minutes walk to Magong harbour which is a tiny bit of a walk, but you can also choose to get the hotel to book a taxi for you. Bed is comfortable but pillows were not great. Only offers 2 pillows for queen size bed, and charges for extra pillows if needed." ~Eunice
