"Pros: The location is in a quiet neighborhood right next to the park. It's very easy to find a parking space. The entrance is separate from the room at 1st floor, so it's good. There are AC in both living room and bedroom, and you could feel the floor is very clean and you could smell the wood scents as well. The bedroom is spacious, and I really like the sun shining from the window in the morning. Cons: The sound-proof is really bad, on the night I stayed there's a couple with a baby staying in the room on 1st floor, I could clearly hear the baby screaming, crying and laughing... And I could hear the couple talking clearly, too. If you're sensitive to noise, please consider about this. Also, the water is a little bit small." ~Yu-min

"Pros: Lovely old building close to a park. About 23 mins walk from train station or free bus (blue line). Washing machine free to use. Comfortable bed and good water pressure in shower.
