"Pros: I like that it is a very quiet area with a 7-11 nearby. The night during summer was peaceful. It has a nice big courtyard that people can hang out and chill. The toilets are clean and shower strong. Washing machine with washing powder for your use. Good air-conditioning and fan in the room. Both the owners are very helpful and welcoming. Cons: Try to spend more for the comfortable bed. If not you will have to sleep on the tatami like mattress." ~Peter
