"Pros: Comfortable stay. Smoothing hot onsen with privacy. The bathroom is big with tub for onsen. Quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is nice. Value for money. Nice cute decorations in lobby, lift and along corridor. Cons: Has elevator access for some of the rooms but have a few steps for rooms at the back. Not that pram or big luggage friendly. Bit walking distance to dining/shopping area. Nice stroll in the evening though." ~Jinhui
