"Pros: Loved the bathtub with fresh hot spring water. Great service and room was wonderfully clean and well designed. The indoor playground was well designed and sufficiently spacious for toddlers. Great food options around the hotel. It’s a great base for families who don’t want to stay in the hotel all day (if you do- go to Silks place). Cons: Nil" ~Wei
