"Pros: Very helpful staff! We had some issues with a Hualien Tour we booked and the hotel staff helped us & made sure we got to go. Rooms are as in pictures, a bit old-fashioned but clean & we had all we needed (water, kettle, toiletries & fridge) Breakfast was good and we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check out. Finally we were even dropped off at the train station for free!! We had a great stay, thanks a lot for the kind hospitality!" ~Sophie
