"Pros: Beautiful bouquet of flowers in the entrance. Massive entrance hall to the hotel, high ceilings. Lots of facilities. we missed last orders for food but they especially cooked for us. Beds were firm which was great for my bad back. There is also a softplay room which was nice for the kids and there is a decent looking gym 👍 Cons: The facilities albeit are many and available look a bit tired (old). the sauna was not in operation and the steam room was not warm enough. the outdoor pool was nice but cooler in the colder months (children were in and out)." ~Daniel
