"Pros: A very rustic rural setting in a log house. Heating was by wood stove which we enjoyed. The kitchen was well equipped. My wife wanted to stay in a house similar to the one her father was born in and the Chata was a good choice.
Cons: I have to say the Chata may not be what every traveler is looking for as it is very rustic, away from city and lacking modern conveniences such as air conditioning and wifi. For us, it was perfect."

"Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. The apartment was very spacious and clean with a nice view. As the temperature dropped during night to -3 the hotel staff made sure that the radiators were on, and the room had been heated before my arrival. I will definitely stay again when visiting Ropa!"
