"Pros: Very hospitable hosts. Excellent two terraces allowing for total relaxation and admiring the views. Good quality furnishings (towels, bedding, pillows, cutlery, glasses, plates). Good quality cosmetics. Good, relaxing atmosphere. Large spacious windows from the floor almost to the ceiling. Air-condition in the apartment during hot days. Cons: In my opinion, the apartment we used was not 65 m2. Unless counting together with the terrace. According to my estimates, the apartment is about 35 m2, part of which is occupied by stairs and part is under a low-sloping roof (bedroom). 4 adults would be cramped in there. Using the bedroom (located under a low-sloping roof) is very difficult for tall people. The window doors on the ground floor do not open even though they open onto the terrace. The window doors on the first floor open, but they are not secured and you can fall through them. The bathroom, although spacious, is devoid of any shelves and cabinets. We had to keep most of our stuff on the floor. The kitchen is tiny and offers some 60 cm (width) of working space — no cupboards for groceries, plus a very small fridge. A lot of annoying little things (a fridge that doesn't close, a wobbly toilet lid, a terrible shower cabin with a creaking, folding door). An extra charge for a sauna and jacuzzi is a ripoff. In many places I've been (like The Lake House at Roznowskie Lake) it's included in the price (which by the way is not low). And finally, this is not a lonely house on a mountainside, but a facility in the middle of a village that lives its own life. It's not always quiet and peaceful there." ~Gregory
