"Pros: Starting with the budling itself - modern, situated in a very quiet area and with enough parking spaces. This creates an good initial impression. The apartment is really nice - tastefully furnished, super clean and bright and seems to be sound proofed (as long as we stayed it was super quiet) Cons: What bothered me the most - complete lack of flexibility regarding the check-out time. Offered to pay extra to be able to stay a little longer but was not possible. Then, there were no sun blinds in neither bedroom (there were in the Livingroom) so, for those to prefer to sleep longer this is a problem. Moving next, the Wi-Fi was not working - we were provided a password but it did not work and the cellular coverage was extremely poor so the wi-fi connection would have been much appreciated. I was offered a parking space but the number I was given was nowhere to be found. I had to guess what could be my assigned spaces and hoped I did not park in someone's place. Trying to fix the Wi-Fi and to clarify the parking space, I went to the reception but the person was not able to help us saying that he did not know how the parking spaces are numbered/positioned and recommended us to call the property office and describe the Wi-Fi issue. "Pros: It is a nice place to stay at with everything needed, including a kitchen and a designated parking space. Cons: It is a nice place to stay at, but since it is a block of flats, it lacks character. Other than that, I cannot complain." ~Yevgen

"Pros: The apartment's windows are located to the back side of the building directly to a forest. You may park a car just next to your terrace and unpack directly to your apartment. This is very convenient. Cons: The noise isolation between neighboring apartments is almost 0. We could hear all the noises from the bedroom of our neighbors." ~Dmitriy
