"Zalety: Możliwość skorzystania z parkingu dla mieszkańców bloku gdzie zlokalizowana była kwatera. I to tyle. Wady: Mieszkanie-kawalerka, wystrój i wyposażenie z początku lat 2000. Wiele niedoróbek, uszkodzona stara lodówka, po wejściu przywitał nas fetor z kanalizacji. Kuchnia słabo wyposażona, brak zmywarki i piekarnika. W łazience brak pralki, wiele niedoróbek. Drzwi do łazienki i pokoi mocno podniszczone i nie można ich zamknąć na zamek. Całe mieszkanie (to nie jest apartament) sprawia wrażenie zaniedbanego, ale to ze względu na małe okna i zacienienie oraz stare wyposażenie wnętrz. Podłogi podniszczone. Jeśli oczekujesz ciszy to niestety - okna w nocy nie otworzysz bo za oknem płynie potok, i masz wrażenie, że pada deszcz. Na weekend i to tylko 2 osoby dla mało wymagających ok.
