"Pros: Excellent location, good value for the price and private garage parking spot. There is a few bakeries in 1 minutes distance so you can have fresh pastry in the morning. It has very comfortable beds and sofas and in general it is a nice flat. The kitchen is well equipped, there is iron and lot of supplies. The owner doesn't speak English. Cons: The parking is actually also a little bit problematic bcs. it's in the garage and entrance is very steep so I scratched my front bumper and then bottom of the car. Be careful if your car is slightly lower. The water from the shower leaks to the floor due to missing sealing on the door. Also apartment 700 is room 77 and it's on 5th floor and parking is No.7 and the building is like a maze. But these are only very minor issues." ~Martinkrchnak

"Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The modern amenities, private parking in the underground garage, and beautiful bathroom (though the water pressure in the integrated shower was a bit weak) were all great. The central yet quiet location was perfect, and we appreciated the security cameras and well-designed layout. "Pros: With the stay being 7 days, it was wonderful to have a nicely outfitted kitchen, the wifi was super fast, bed and bedding very comfortable, and the apartment had plenty of space for both of us to work. Location was wonderful, plenty of grocery stores, eateries and shopping close by. Also, the proximity to the Oder River was nice for after work walks. The apartment has an assigned and secured (garage) parking. Cons: There was nothing to NOT like." ~Debbie
