"Pros: Excellent location — the train station is right in front of the entrance, and there's also a tram stop nearby. The rooms are clean, recently renovated, and spacious. The apartment is well-equipped with all necessary kitchen and bathroom supplies (e.g., soap, cutlery, shampoo, etc.). Climate control works well and ensures a comfortable stay.
Cons: There are not enough power sockets, making it difficult to charge multiple devices at once. The bathroom sink doesn’t flush properly. The work desk (see photo), while visually appealing, is not practical for a laptop use — it tends to shake and lacks nearby sockets (only one is available). Additionally, no adapters for Swiss sockets were provided. This wasn’t an issue for us as we brought our own, but it could be inconvenient for other guests."

"Pros: Exceptionally clean, well positioned, staff were fantastic and when the sun is out, sitting out in the rear gardens was just an added bonus
Cons: Rooms are described as having walk in showers , this in not factually correct and there is a high step. My disabled 82 year old mum struggled to get in unaided as a result. If she was a wheelchair user, the only room option is the suite. This needs clarifying on the pages."
