"Pros: The apartment is well located, easy connected to the city center. Bed was confortable and bathroom well equipped Cons: We had a frustrating experience at check-in. The instructions provided didn’t work — we entered the code they gave us, but the lockbox wouldn’t open. We called the number listed and had to call eight times before someone finally answered. Then we were told to wait for someone to come bring the keys, which took another 30 minutes. When the lady finally arrived, she didn’t offer any apology or explanation, which felt pretty unprofessional. Thankfully, this all happened during opening hours — if it had been after hours, I honestly don’t know how we would have gotten in. On the apartment itself, the street is really loud so sleeping with the window open can be challenging. And the dishes were not super clean" ~Chloé
