"Pros: The villa was in a nice location Cons: We didn't know that inside the villa will be someone else sitting , the cleaner was sleeping in the bazment floor and sometimes I find the dor closed from inside without any reason , she was saying that was closed automatically, but this is not true becouse is an old dor without an automatic lock , i lost few personal things during my stay in the villa , and when I needed something the owner was very disrespectful in her answering every time , and the day of the chek out she stopped the electricity in 10:14 am only 14 minutes after the checkout time , letting me without wifi and without the possibility to ask her to reconnect the electricity so I can finish my shower and by that couse I taked the flue becouse I can't finish to dry my hair , I'm really disappointed by her attitude that don't represent the Swiss culture" ~Cuku
