"Pros: Check in couldn't have been easier, it was all self serve and was very quick and straightforward. The desk you use to check in does look like it's a staff desk so we were unsure at first but there are signs next to it explaining that you use it to self check in and check out. The room itself was lovely and great value for money, it was more spacious than it looked in the photos. The location was excellent, it was quiet and only a 2 minute walk to the lake. I would stay here again. Cons: Not really a con, but more of a heads up. After a certain time (not sure when) the front doors lock. You need to swipe your room card where the buttons are on the left. It took me a little playing around to figure it out and couldn't find any information anywhere to explain this but it's only a minor note for future guests and doesn't detract at all from the rating." ~Melanie
