"Pros: Location was good for both Alt stadt touring and getting to the main trainstation. The breakfast was superb and when you consider the cost of food in Zurich, it was a deal, I would include a room with breakfast. Cons: My check in experience was uncomfortable. The elderly gentlemen at the front desk seemed genuinely bothered by me. He was condescending and rather rude. When I asked if they had a drink of water, having schlepped all of my luggage from the train station, he completely ignored my question, proceeded to look for the missing key to my room. When he returned he said curtly, you are all set you can get water from the faucet in the room. This is a service industry! To make a guest checking in feel like an intruder is unacceptable. By the way, I am not a picky person and try to be most cordial and undemanding at all times, I don't expect a lot except common courtesy and a kind welcome when I check in to an establishment." ~Lisa
