"Pros: Decent size, modern-looking apartment. It was close to the city center, walking distance to groceries stores, playgrounds and public transit. The place was rather clean. Cons: The back and forth about reserving parking was stressful and unnecessary. I’ve asked to reserve the parking spot on 3 different occasions only to be replied with the same templated email asking for a license plate. I’ve repeatedly replied that I won’t know the license plate until the day of our arrival to no avail. The wifi in our room wasn’t working which this is an important item for someone traveling from abroad. When I raised the issue, I got a few replies in german asking to contact the internet provider. I ended up unplugging the router in our unit and caught the signal of a neighboring one (I hope someone finds this tip useful). The dishwasher wasn’t working and there were a lot of dishes for a family of 4." ~Daniel
