"Pros: I liked the location. And the staff ALL were wonderful. In particular our Kurdish waiter Ms Hadia. She went out of her way to accommodate us. My son and I were given an upgrade on check in and the room was a surprise. More like a one bedroom apartment. The restaurant served very good food, although limited in choices for lunch and dinner. I liked the soap they have in the room, herbal garden, they were offered for sale so I bought a couple.
Cons: The key to the room is like the keys of olden days. It is a smart key but you have to leave it at reception when you go out. We were two but only given one key. So that was a bit inconvenient."
