"Pros: The quality of the appartment was excellent. All kitchen appliances worked very well. The sauna and hot tub are limited in size but very functional. Cons: Multiple emails were required to receive the code for the key lock box. Communication with the host was not satisfying. The ski room is tiny, creating queues at peak times. Holding a security deposit of 1000 CHF for 2 weeks after checking out is not justifiable." ~Holger
