"Pros: The apartment was well equipped and the whole complex gives you extra things to do (playroom, animations for children, pool, borrowing sledges....) which is great. The staff is nice and friendly. They maintained the complex very well (every day there was fresh snow, put the paths were always clean). Reka also has lot of information online - so whatever you need to know, it is there. We also borrowed adapters for electricity - so you don't need to worry about it. Cons: The complex is situated at the end of Zinal and there is a public bus that takes you to Zinal telecabine. However, when you go back, in order to reach the apartment, you need to go up the hill for cca 100m, which is quite exhausting especially having children and all the skiing equipment. Also, bus goes every hour or so, so you need to pay attention on that. If you go on foot, it is cca 15 minutes walk. Although there were 4 of us, we only got 2 sets of towels - others we could rent for 10 CHF per set - which is quite strange, having in mind that towels are very basic thing. Pillows were awful (although it says that you can choose from pillows menu at the reception which we didn't do)." ~Ivana
