"Pros: The flat is beautiful and very conveniently located, only 15-20 mins walk from the lift/train station. Easy self-check in experience and very clean. We also got a 10% discount for ski rental which was fab!
Cons: There were no necessities such as soap, shampoo, only few coffee pods for 1 day. Not what you'd expect for the price we paid, but oh well."

"Pros: Traditional Swiss apartment in the Alps. A bit tired but charming and a good value for the money.
We were two couples and were comfortable enough. One room is downstairs and one of the second floor - last floor of the building. Great balcony with a beautiful view. Building was quiet.
Clean and well equipped- we found all we needed.
Location was good - walkable to downtown and other areas of beautiful Zermatt. We would book again.
Cons: The keys are picked up in downtown and the instructions were a bit rushed. The apartment has no number which was different and confusing so I called to inquire and the woman who answered seemed a bit bothered- « like we told you » sort of answer.
Check in is late and check out early at 10 am who complicated things to enjoy another day of skiing before leaving."
