"Pros: Very good breakfast with everything. Very cosy comfortable room with a wonderful view over Matterhorn. Quiet nice surroundings. Cons: That the neighbors that arrived the last evening of our stay smoked on the balcony. Very disturbing since this is supposed to be a smokefree hotel which was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. Having the balcony door open in the evening is a must for fresh air. Lack of a kettle to boil teawater." ~Peter
