"Pros: Very clean, best hotel in zermatt if you want that overall amazing experience. The spa facilities is an amazing bonus. Very relaxing, beautiful and enjoyable to relax in the spa with the view during the day. Perfect for 2 days in Zermatt. Cons: Only negative part was that there is no air conditioning in zermatt and it was a bit hot when we were staying, however the hotel was able to provide a great fan for the room." ~Emilia
