"Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Zermatt. The location is convenient — not too far from the train station and within walking distance to the town center. The staff were friendly and informative, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We booked a room with a view of the Matterhorn, and it did not disappoint — the clear view of the mountain was absolutely breathtaking and truly made our trip memorable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality items. It was a great way to start each day. Our double room was spacious and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. "Pros: Ideal location to walk everywhere, including to/from the train station and 3 mountain lifts. Modern and clean, and appreciated the starter Nespresso coffee capsules, tea and spices, olive oil/balsamic vinegar Cons: A bit warm but opening up windows helped greatly. Would have liked one more towel per person. One bathroom had no body wash. No microwave oven. Comforters on beds very warm - a lighter option would be appreciated for summer months." ~Kimberly
