"Pros: Apartment was clean and nice, with a fabulous view of the Matterhorn right at the balcony. Host was super nice and welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine. Chose this property due to the availability of the washing machine, which is available in the basement of the building. Cons: Had thought that the washing machine was in the apartment, but had to go down to the basement for laundry." ~Tan
