"Pros: We stayed in an apartment without a view, but there’s plenty of outdoor seating throughout Zermatt that we didn’t spend much time in our room. When we did, it was a very pleasant stay in the room. Plenty of space and larger than any other hotel during our tour of Switzerland. Looked exactly like the pictures."

"Pros: Apartment was clean and nice, with a fabulous view of the Matterhorn right at the balcony. Host was super nice and welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine. Chose this property due to the availability of the washing machine, which is available in the basement of the building.
Cons: Had thought that the washing machine was in the apartment, but had to go down to the basement for laundry."
