"Pros: Location is good - close to the train station and downtown, however it requires a bit of summit. Still it’s a calm place with a fantastic view on Matterhorn. All the facilities are in very good condition. The space is not huge but enough to accommodate 3 ppl in separate bedrooms. Host is very helpful and positive gentleman. Cons: The communication via booking com is with Interhome only. Host is reachable by call or email. Would be really nice to have a detailed location and checkin plan upon booking/arrival. "Pros: Beautiful area, lovely house. Even had a fondue set and some board games for the children. As per previous reviews, which made us aware before going, being up in the hills just means a bit of a trek on foot with luggage & ski gear. Not a deal-breaker, might be challenging to some." ~Jaco

"Pros: Property was in an excellent location, though difficult to locate using google maps. Cons: There was lack of glasses ( one water glass) . In the scheme of things this is minor. There has been a delay in having a deposit returned." ~Tim
