"Pros: Location. Cons: Very Dirty. Dust under sofas and bed. Mould in bathroom. Fish smell. We have to keep the windows open. Hard Matrasses. I Reported the issues to the staff when We left. He said if I had reported the issues within 24 hours they would have sent a cleaner. However, I was not aware of it and I don't think it could have been fixed as the apartment needs a spring clean." ~Marcela

"Pros: It's a good property with excellent views. The interiors is also done up very nicely. It's a long uphill walk from station. It has a nice patio. Cons: The TV is very old & didn't work, had to put a lot of effort to get it going. The electricity of the entire town went off for around 3-4 hours in the evening. It was a Saturday & we were helpless with not a soul in sight. The owner doesn't stay in zermat so was more difficult. Finally we went to sleep in darkness and the electricity came sometime in night. There were no universal adapters so charging our mobiles was a issue." ~Sandeep
