"Pros: Location is very convenient. Just 1-2 minutes walk to the train station and city center. The view from this unit is a 10/10!! Amazing Matterhorn view! Cons: The entire until is quite old and worn. Many things in need of replacing and updating. The property is managed by Interhome which closes their office every day from 11:00-15:00. So early checkin is completely impossible, even if your unit is ready. Then, they open their doors at 15:00 there is a line of about 10 people (frustrated and waiting out in the cold) wanting to all check in at the same time. They claim their actual checkin time is 16:00-18:00 (so allowing you to get the keys at 15:00 they view as favor or convenience) , but by that time Zermatt is already getting dark. So if you arrive with children and large bags (as I did) at Noon, then plan on NOT getting your room until very late. The entire first day you pay for is nearly over by the time you get the room. Then, check out time is 10:00am. Again, an abnormally early check out time compared to a hotel stay. All properties managed by Interhome will be the same procedure, so renter beware. I will be hesitant to rent another room managed by Interhome due to their policies and procedures." ~Andrew

"Pros: Location close to town. Lovely view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Nice big apartment - certainly for 4 people. Manager allowed a slightly later checkout which was very nice - many thanks. Cons: Nothing really - lift a bit small for a wheelchair user but just necessitated taking the legs off the wheelchair when using the lift. WiFi a little slow." ~Steven
