"Pros: Spacious Cons: Bad Customer Experience!!! The booking directed me to contact staffs at interhome group company, they were not ready to give apartment keys at the address, instead I had to get the keys far away from the apartment address, and at their office in downtown. Later, from the office, they gave me the wrong direction to the apartment and I had to spend almost 2 hours to find the apartment which was just 400m away. Further, pulling the bags up the hill and no clear indication at the apartment building, made the matter worse for me and my family! We simply disliked the whole experience! It was horrible when I had my 2 year old Son along with me during the travel. It was a shady response from them!" ~Rahul

"Pros: there was no breakfast Cons: the entrance of building little bit complicated you enter from the door and many corners you have to turn and some floor has not elevator so need to carry heavy suitcase and because of that my right arm was injured and still have been taking medication for that. you should go to building by shuttle bus , not easy to walk to building" ~Ayten
