"Pros: The room is clean and tidy, fully equipped, and it is only a five-minute walk from the railway station and the cable car station. The landlord was very friendly. We encountered heavy snow in Switzerland once in more than ten years. When the power was cut off in Zermat and the traffic was cut off and we couldn't leave, the landlord let us stay for free until we could leave. It was really touching." ~Yan
