Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . Swiss cuisine and a selection of wines are served in the Matterhorn Restaurant. All rooms come with a minibar and tea and coffee making facilities. En-suite bathrooms include a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. Guests can also make use of a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer and personal ski lockers. An Internet corner is available in the lobby. There is a Grill restaurant "Hornox" for meat and vegan dishes.

Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. Alpen Resort Hotel offers transfers from Zermatt Train Station to the hotel free of charge daily from 07:00 until 21:00. Please note that the rate for an extra bed includes breakfast. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
