"Pros: Lovely hotel in a nice quite part of Zermatt. Had a great view of the Matterhorn which was the highlight of our guests. All the staff were very kind, helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant Peak Fine was excellent and the staff took great care of us. "Pros: Lovely staff. Loved being welcomed with a glass of Prosecco! Nice breakfast. Within 5 minute walk from the train station. Got upgraded! The room was spacious, clean, quiet, comfy but very cold the first night; the issue was addressed by the team the next day. The pool is lovely, the saunas are nice, the outside jacuzzi was not hot." ~Alina
