"Pros: Amazingly beautiful hotel. Very cozy, clean and a fantastic concept with the cozy restaurant, lovely garden and decoration atelier shop. Its restaurant has excellent food. Cons: The staff was slow and there was a new waitress, who had no clue about the drinks and the food that the restaurant carries. Very unprofessional. Very strange communication too. Again, the food was excellent and the other waitresses were kind. But a bit slow. And forgot the water that I ordered. I stayed at this hotel twice before ca. 7 years ago.
