"Pros: Big, plenty of space, good facilities, including a washing machine and drier. Comfortable seating area. Cons: The windows in both downstairs bedrooms had clear panels that it appeared impossible to block - we ended up putting towels over them. Cooker hob initially was difficult to use as it was locked - I had to download the user guide from the web to sort it out. There should be some instructions. The wifi code given by the agents was wrong, although the one on the wifi router was correct (although awfully long)." ~Simon
