Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Kreiler GmbH will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A damage deposit of CHF 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towel change can be arranged upon request at a surcharge.
