"Pros: Simple rooms is a great place to stay, offering a great value-for-money ratio. Markus, the owner of the place, is an extremely warm and welcoming person. He makes sure the accommodation is spotlessly clean and comfy, where everyone feels at home. The building is newly renovated and offers new furniture and excellent bathroom facilities. There are also 2 kitchens with cooking facilities and a coffee vending machine. We highly recommend this place.

"Pros: Markus was a warm and welcoming host who had everything in order. He communicated well before, during, and after our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. We walked from the train station but there is a bus line that runs near there so it was easily accessible.
Cons: The room lacked ventilation except for windows and got hot at night with them closed."
