Cons: Check in was within a small window, and took a while for someone to come to the door, but not a real issue."

Cons: Very high tech, which is fine if it works, but here it didn't. We had to change rooms because the light controls failed completely. Breakfast was poor, reflecting very few guest at weekend and - I hope - a temporary lowering of standards. High tech egg boiler did not boil.
The location is poor beyond credibility. In a beautiful part of the world it manages to be in an industrial estate with a superb view of a builders' merchant.
The top rating for staff reflected most but not all members."
