Haus Derby is set in Samnaun, in the centre of the popular duty free zone with numerous, jewellery, watch and souvenir shops. It offers free WiFi, free parking, a sauna and an infrared cabin. All apartments comprise a balcony facing south, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a kitchen with a dining area. Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower. Guests at the property can also take advantage of a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. Various restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop with free ski shuttle in the winter is 100 metres from from the Derby Haus. The cable car to the Silvretta Arena Samnaun-Ischgl Ski Area is reachable within 5 minutes by car. During the summer guests can take gondola lifts or visit the Alpenquell Erlebnis Bath and Sauna Centre which is included in the city tax. The entire area is suitable for hiking and cycling.
