"Pros: great location near thermal waters , modern design, clean Cons: flat itself is very nice but the company that manages this property is not doing very well. unfortunately I have lost my key and it was already past open hour when I’ve discovered the loss. after phone call to the management company they’ve told me that they have no spare key available and I need to wait outside for 2,5 hours till the owner of the property deliver spare key to us. after that they have changed me penalty for 150 Franks!!!!! I understand that I have to replace lost item but they have charged me extra money because neither Managment nor owner have spare key ??? how is that my fault??? It was very unprofessional and really upset me and my daughter" ~Anonymous
