"Pros: We enjoyed the stay at the apartment. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children. It was clean, very well furnished, good location, quiet, warm (its on ground floor) and great value for money in Sas Fee! It was spacier than it looked on the pictures online. Communication with hosts was efficient. We could check in 1h before the usual time which was very nice. Cons: We were not able to get the Saastal cards online. The years we have been coming to Saas fee the hosts had always sent them by email or left them printed inside the apartment. When I asked the host to provide them for us, we were told to register online ourselves via a link which did not work despite several tries. What we could get is the confirmation of guests but not the QR code so we were not able to get discount for the parking. We were a bit disappointed, so i would appreciate if the host send these Saastal cards by email or leave at the apartment. Like it has been so far with other places. Thank you." ~Ilze
